If I could give negative stars I would. They were so bad I got nerve damage in my arm that I had to do physical therapy for a few months, and I reported their office and the NeuroStar machines to the FDA. An absurd lack of training across the board. One of the doctors that works there (the “young” Reddy) was nowhere to be found on their website while I was being treated in late 2024 so I was confused when I first met him. Uneducated and unprofessional staff. Keona in particular, needs retraining at minimum - training heavily steeped in professionalism, as she truly fully embodies what is one of the main issues wrong in the healthcare system today. Good luck if you decide to go here, I would consider alternate sites for this type of sensitive treatments.
Every one of these young ladies in this office are super. I cannot say enough things about them very professional virgin teal very courteous. Like I said, I cannot say enough nice things about them and I appreciate them and I appreciate this very much. Thank you and God bless.
The techs are always so friendly while also being professional. The office and rooms are clean and pleasant and I have always had good experiences here and am happy to come back and I do feel better since I’ve started Tx- not so dark and hopeless.
I started at Greenbrook in Nov of 2024 and everything was great. However, the office staff switched over to new people at the end of December and it's been a nightmare since. I've had to miss 5 treatments because they can't seem to get my weekly medication ordered in time. The treatment was really working when I was getting my treatments regularly.
