The staff at Greenbrook has made me feel like family since day one. The environment is a safe, and peaceful space where you’re encouraged to be comfortable. There are no words that I can articulate to properly describe the outstanding level of care that I received at Greenbrook. Jackie, Katie, and Dr. Hannah Jones all took care of me and helped me in my journey, with the help of TMS therapy, to mitigate my symptoms of depression, grief, and anxiety that I have been subjected to. Dr. Jones and all of the staff especially Jackie are amazing and so warm and friendly. They make routine treatments so much more comfortable and relaxed. Everyone here is courteous and professional. They are extremely helpful with the financial/insurance aspect of things, it is really the last worry on my mind. I cannot recommend this particular Greenbrook clinic enough!
The entire team at Greenbrook is awesome! Dr. Jones was very in tune with my issues and had a clear plan moving forward with my treatment. Katie and Jackie were also a pleasure throughout the entire treatment process. They always made me feel very comfortable coming in for treatment. Spravato has helped me so much with my intense grief after losing my daughter. I was on 3 antidepressants that weren’t helping. Dr Jones is a gem along with Jackie all the staff.
