Dr. Jones and all of the staff especially Jackie are amazing and so warm and friendly. They make routine treatments so much more comfortable and relaxed. Everyone here is courteous and professional. They are extremely helpful with the financial/insurance aspect of things, it is really the last worry on my mind. I cannot recommend this particular Greenbrook clinic enough!
The entire team at Greenbrook is awesome! Dr. Jones was very in tune with my issues and had a clear plan moving forward with my treatment. Katie and Jackie were also a pleasure throughout the entire treatment process. They always made me feel very comfortable coming in for treatment. Everyone here is truly the kindest. TMS treatment is 5 days a week and the care team works to help find a time that works for both parties. They genuinely care about you and cheer you on when your weekly check in scores improve. Thanks to this treatment I have noticed a big change in my life, productivity, and relationships.
