Greenbrook has been such a blessing to me. As someone who has struggled with severe depression for about 10 years, the treatments there really have helped me. Not only that but the doctor and staff there are fantastic. Kendra and Haley were always so kind and helpful each treatment. Every time I walked through the door, they were always on top of it and got me into the chair and I immediately started my session. The staff at the treatment center is the only good thing about this place. After months of treatment Greenbrook sprung an over $1k bill on me, and after calling and calling for two weeks, I get a few calls back asking for information they already had. Just now I told the person who finally called me back (after days and days) that id like to stay on the line until we get the situation sorted and then I got hung up on. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Don't bother coming here or doing any business with this company. I had gotten my free consultation all the way in January of this year and now being charged $300 out of nowhere for a consultation with "medical services". Even after calling the place multiple times, I could not reach anyone in the billing department, and there is no option to send a message on their patient portal. Again, DO NOT COME

I have never felt less heard by a Dr than I did here. It’s a very my way or the highway solution. When I talked about what I have researched I was literally laughed at. Do not go here.

They are amazing caregivers who are genuinely concerned for their patients' wellbeing. These past few months of going to Greenbrook TMS has changed my life for the better. This is my first time receiving this type of treatment, but it is not my first time receiving mental health treatment.
