I am the patient's wife. I was extremely pleased with the staff. They were compassionate, kind and very accommodating with our schedule. It was necessary to reschedule several times and I could do that because of their patience and willingness to make the changes. I also felt that the staff took a personal interest in my husband’s progress. The facility is well appointed and feels cozy. I strongly recommend Greenbrook for TMS. I came to Greenbrook completely depressed , exhausted and struggling to function. Today, I feel motivated, inspired, and genuinely joyful. The transformation has been life-changing in the most real sense. I can take care of my home, run errands, and most importantly, show up as a positive, hopeful role model for my daughter. I dont recommend this facility. The facility is very small and does not have private rooms for spravato treatment. It's just a room divided up into tiny cubicles. I can't speak freely with staff as other patients will hear the discussion. People going in and out to use the bathroom, coughing, sniffling, turning on lamps, etc all of which is disruptive to the process. Very little interaction with staff. Mary is so caring and truly makes a difference during treatment. She takes her job seriously and makes sure everything is done the right way, while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and positive. She has a warm, thoughtful personality that makes each session more comfortable and even enjoyable. I always feel well cared for when Mary is there.

The staff is absolutely amazing! As for the treatment, I was very skeptical when I came in. At that point I was willing to try anything to get help. To my surprise, I started noticing a difference within 2 weeks. While it doesn't "fix" everything, my depression is so much better! Thank you Greenbrook!!
