So, today is the last of my TMS sessions and my experience with Greenbrook has been nothing short of miraculous. First of all, the staff are amazing - so kind, so patient and understanding. They are willing and even eager to answer any questions or address any concerns. Today is my 36th and last treatment. It has been such a pleasure working with everyone at Greenbrook. From my initial consultation to my last treatment, everyone has been so kind and supportive. I went in with a positive attitude and have seen some real changes in my life. It happens subtly but you can see a difference happening. I had such a great experience today thanks to Mary! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was so kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit.mary , checked in with me to make sure I was okay, and went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Her care and attention really made a difference, and I’m so thankful for how well she treated me. I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone!
Mary is so caring and truly makes a difference during treatment. She takes her job seriously and makes sure everything is done the right way, while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and positive. She has a warm, thoughtful personality that makes each session more comfortable and even enjoyable. I always feel well cared for when Mary is there.
