I didn’t have a lot of expectations going into this. But I would say I have noticed improvements. As far as the center itself, they are very professional and the facility is wonderful. Mary my tech, the majority of the time was so sweet. She took the time to really see how I was feeling. She asked times when I was down if I wanted to talk through some of the feelings. Great experience with her. The doc was also great, funny and a good listener.
I have been doing TMS for over a month and am nearing completion of treatment. It has already shown so many promising improvements. The staff has made all the difference-especially Mary. She is warm, kind, and very very good at her job. When you’re struggling, having someone consistently happy to see you means a lot. I would 100% recommend.
So, today is the last of my TMS sessions and my experience with Greenbrook has been nothing short of miraculous. First of all, the staff are amazing - so kind, so patient and understanding. They are willing and even eager to answer any questions or address any concerns. Very organized, compassionate, friendly office/staff. Mary, in the office, is one of the most genuine and helpful people and her support and advice has made this experience much easier and less stressful than i could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for true change under the guidance of doctors and clinical staff that are truly "all in" on this treatment and the patients receiving it.
