I didn’t have a lot of expectations going into this. But I would say I have noticed improvements. As far as the center itself, they are very professional and the facility is wonderful. Mary my tech, the majority of the time was so sweet. She took the time to really see how I was feeling. She asked times when I was down if I wanted to talk through some of the feelings. Great experience with her. The doc was also great, funny and a good listener.
Very organized, compassionate, friendly office/staff. Mary, in the office, is one of the most genuine and helpful people and her support and advice has made this experience much easier and less stressful than i could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for true change under the guidance of doctors and clinical staff that are truly "all in" on this treatment and the patients receiving it.
So, today is the last of my TMS sessions and my experience with Greenbrook has been nothing short of miraculous. First of all, the staff are amazing - so kind, so patient and understanding. They are willing and even eager to answer any questions or address any concerns. Today is my 36th and last treatment. It has been such a pleasure working with everyone at Greenbrook. From my initial consultation to my last treatment, everyone has been so kind and supportive. I went in with a positive attitude and have seen some real changes in my life. It happens subtly but you can see a difference happening. I had such a great experience today thanks to Mary! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was so kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit.mary , checked in with me to make sure I was okay, and went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Her care and attention really made a difference, and I’m so thankful for how well she treated me. I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone!
