I am the patient's wife. I was extremely pleased with the staff. They were compassionate, kind and very accommodating with our schedule. It was necessary to reschedule several times and I could do that because of their patience and willingness to make the changes. I also felt that the staff took a personal interest in my husband’s progress. The facility is well appointed and feels cozy. I strongly recommend Greenbrook for TMS. I came to Greenbrook completely depressed , exhausted and struggling to function. Today, I feel motivated, inspired, and genuinely joyful. I didn’t have a lot of expectations going into this. But I would say I have noticed improvements. As far as the center itself, they are very professional and the facility is wonderful. Mary my tech, the majority of the time was so sweet. She took the time to really see how I was feeling. She asked times when I was down if I wanted to talk through some of the feelings. Great experience with her. The doc was also great, funny and a good listener.

Has been a delightful experience. Works so much better than any medication I have taken to date. If you're struggling I would highly recommend the TMS Spravato treatment I've been doing. I noticed a change just after the first/second treatment but each week thereafter. A true game changer in my depression journey.
