The Staff at Greenbrook TMS on Sunday Road in Raleigh, NC made all of my visits so comfortable and efficient. I have never had more pleasant interactions when I underwent treatments. Also, they took the time to know you personally, even the people who were covering for others. I highly, highly recommend Greenbrook for any mental health needs.
Nothing but good things to say about this place. After dealing with suicidal thoughts for as long as I can remember, multiple hospitalizations and bad experiences with other mental health places, I have had significant improvements in my life after starting Spravato. I’ve been receiving TMS (Trans cranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments here for depression for about a month, and the results have been great. Besides, the staff here has been extremely supportive, helpful and patient. Plus, I’d like to give a special shoutout to my technician, Nicole D for all of her assistance and support; she’s great! If this type of therapy is right for you, I highly suggest Greenbrook TMS!
If I could leave a negative star I would the people that work in that office have no compassion they interrupt your therapy for nothing making me take my clothes off to get my blood pressure I would never recommend this place to anyone is a good doctor but his employees should not be working in that environment they have no idea what they are trying to help patients with do not go there unless it is your absolute last resort
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Don't bother coming here or doing any business with this company. I had gotten my free consultation all the way in January of this year and now being charged $300 out of nowhere for a consultation with "medical services". Even after calling the place multiple times, I could not reach anyone in the billing department, and there is no option to send a message on their patient portal. Again, DO NOT COME
