In the beginning communication was great. I had an initial consult and learned the NP was not yet credentialed with Medicaid. I was told I would get a call when that had taken place. Approximately 2 months I got a call from them letting me know that they could accept my medicaid coverage. I had another consult( like the first one but covering everything about treat. i called Greenbrook and was scheduled a tele-health appointment to do an evaluation. they asked me multiple questions and said that I would be scheduled for an additional call for the next week. The second evaluation i was faced with the exact same questions i faced in the first evaluation. I was charged a co-pay for each tele-health call. the second evaluation, in my opinion, was completely pointless and certainly redundant. The second eval was done on a Thursday. Everyone at this Greenbrook TMS location has been very nice. I only have 3 more TMS sessions to complete of the 36 session treatment. Nicole and Rahmaan have been super nice, helpful, professional and courteous. They will help you go the distance. I believe the TMS is working, whereas most of the depression and anxiety medicines I have taken have not. At least I feel a positive change in me with the TMS treatment now, because I never have suffered like I have the past 14 month's. I hope and pray the TMS continues to help me... read more
The Staff at Greenbrook TMS on Sunday Road in Raleigh, NC made all of my visits so comfortable and efficient. I have never had more pleasant interactions when I underwent treatments. Also, they took the time to know you personally, even the people who were covering for others. I highly, highly recommend Greenbrook for any mental health needs.
Nothing but good things to say about this place. After dealing with suicidal thoughts for as long as I can remember, multiple hospitalizations and bad experiences with other mental health places, I have had significant improvements in my life after starting Spravato.
