Gail and Tamara are the best! From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, empathy, and professionalism from the entire staff. The doctor took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is spotless, well run, and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is how much the staff genuinely care and take the time to get to know you — something that is so important in this field. I would highly reccomend. The people make the difference.
I cannot say enough good things about Greenbrook TMS and the phenomenal staff at the Chapel Hill location. Going through TMS was a life-changing treatment for me and I am finally able to live my life with joy instead of in the fog and beneath the weight of my depression. Before I started my TMS treatment I felt like I had tried everything. I had been to 8+ therapists, tried 20+ psychiatric medications, been partially hospitalized and was suffering heavily, waking and sleeping, with severe depression and anxiety. I’ve been a patient with Greenbrook for over 2 years and can’t rate this office and the staff highly enough. From day 1 - responsive and well organized and always felt I was coming to visit friends. They managed insurance, pharmacy and other needs with ease. If I needed some flexibility with scheduling the office would always do their best to support and ensure my schedule was managed well.
