They get two stars only because Gail, Tamara, and Mark are great. I cannot say the same for the support staff. Here is my story. I came to TMS after having terrible experiences with 6 different providers who either gave me meds that caused seizures, forgetting to prescribe meds, or just not following through on treatment plans. First of all, Gail and Tamara are fantastic nurses - I would love coming here just to see them! One piece of feedback for the upper management - it seems like the two of them are always scrambling and working really hard, and it seems like one more nurse working here would really improve their quality of life. Frequently, I want to catch up with them for five minutes during my 2-hour session and they unfortunately don't have the time. Thank you team!
Gail and Tamara are the best! From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, empathy, and professionalism from the entire staff. The doctor took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is spotless, well run, and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is how much the staff genuinely care and take the time to get to know you — something that is so important in this field. I would highly reccomend. The people make the difference.
Horrible billing and communications. Everything is disjoint. I was surprised by a bill 3+ months after my final appointment. No phone number, no return email address. I am looking into filing a complaint to the proper authorities. There are nice people who work there.
I cannot say enough good things about Greenbrook TMS and the phenomenal staff at the Chapel Hill location. Going through TMS was a life-changing treatment for me and I am finally able to live my life with joy instead of in the fog and beneath the weight of my depression.
