I cannot say enough good things about Greenbrook TMS and the phenomenal staff at the Chapel Hill location. Going through TMS was a life-changing treatment for me and I am finally able to live my life with joy instead of in the fog and beneath the weight of my depression. Before I started my TMS treatment I felt like I had tried everything. I had been to 8+ therapists, tried 20+ psychiatric medications, been partially hospitalized and was suffering heavily, waking and sleeping, with severe depression and anxiety. I’ve been a patient with Greenbrook for over 2 years and can’t rate this office and the staff highly enough. From day 1 - responsive and well organized and always felt I was coming to visit friends. They managed insurance, pharmacy and other needs with ease. If I needed some flexibility with scheduling the office would always do their best to support and ensure my schedule was managed well. My experience at Greenbrook/Chapel Hill was extraordinary from the intake process through the TMS treatments. The entire staff was phenomenal; kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their efforts and expertise facilitated a successful outcome. I felt safe and calm throughout the entire treatment process.
I am upset with the greenbrook mother company for leading me to believe Spravato was a short term treatment. But that is not this specific locations fault. Those people work in a call center god knows where. The staff at this location are amazing, caring, and kind. I always feel well taken care of and that all my needs are being met.
