I’ve been a patient with Greenbrook for over 2 years and can’t rate this office and the staff highly enough. From day 1 - responsive and well organized and always felt I was coming to visit friends. They managed insurance, pharmacy and other needs with ease. If I needed some flexibility with scheduling the office would always do their best to support and ensure my schedule was managed well. My experience at Greenbrook/Chapel Hill was extraordinary from the intake process through the TMS treatments. The entire staff was phenomenal; kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their efforts and expertise facilitated a successful outcome. I felt safe and calm throughout the entire treatment process.
My young adult son received TMS treatment and is now receiving esketamine treatment at Greenbrook in Chapel Hill. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this place. We have felt supported and cared for in a way that let us know we weren't alone in this journey. Gail, Patricia, and Tamara are all kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. The care he has received at Greenbrook has helped him have hope where there was not much before. I'm forever grateful for the day I made the initial phone call to them.
I am upset with the greenbrook mother company for leading me to believe Spravato was a short term treatment. But that is not this specific locations fault. Those people work in a call center god knows where. The staff at this location are amazing, caring, and kind. I always feel well taken care of and that all my needs are being met.
Greenbrook changed my life for the positive. They never gave up on me even when times were tough. Whatever option it was, they were happy to work with me. They sort felt like family. The optimistic influence they have is unmatched. I want a patient of theirs for about 2 years and the kindness they showed me was truly amazing. Gail, Tamara, Patricia, & everyone else employed there is FANTASTIC! I have much love for GREENBROOK TMS!
