The staff are professional, caring and just all out terrific. I’ve never had a misunderstanding or any problems with Greenwood. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing their services. I feel comfortable in the office and feel they truly care about their patients. Greenbrook makes life in general a much more comfortable place.
Heard great things about Spravato, so I decided to try it. So far, the experience has been incredible. The care team is warm and welcoming; they are great ladies! Dr. Myers shows empathy and explains the procedure well. I wish I did this sooner!
My initial thought of TMS was totally opposite of what I experienced. I looked forward to my next appointment, I felt more aware of my surroundings. Dr. Meyers and staff-Joanne and Karis were very friendly and understanding. As an optional treatment, TMS brought me further along than what I was doing vs. just weekly therapy. Both treatments work well together. Thank you for everything.
My experience throughout my whole treatment was nothing, but pleasant. Everyone there was so kind to me and it was nice to see them every day. I will miss it. Even though the treatment didn’t work out for me, I would encourage everyone struggling with severe depression to at least come and try it for themselves. I’ll forever be grateful to Dr. Myers, Joanne and Karis for being so welcoming and trying their best to help me.
TMS was the best decision I could have made for my depression. Medicines were working but I still felt like they werent enough. I wanted to WANT to do things with my grands again. GREENBROOK was the best choice for me.It as scary at first, thinking of all of the MRIs.... They made me comfortable and it was quuck and painless and very fleable scheduling. Jo and Karice always had a smile and kind words of encouragement. I felt safe and unjudged. I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR HELPING ME CHANGE MY LIFE!!!
