I would highly recommend Greenbrook to anyone struggling with mental health. It's pretty easy to get started because Greenbrook deals with insurance for you, which is a HUGE burden to lift off someone struggling with their mental health. Everyone who works at this location is incredibly kind and caring. I wish I could give this place a million stars!
Nice quiet, clean facility with private rooms and decent views. Staff are stellar both doctors and techs are awesome. Super kind very personable

My insurance covered me for 38 sessions of TMS. I used the NeuroStar machine. My technician, Jillian, and I grew very close. Seeing her was a joy. I felt welcomed and respected. Their facility is clean and organized. They wipe down the chairs after each session. Sessions lasted under 20 minutes. They supply Tylenol and earplugs and have a TV for time to pass. Thank you Courtney and Rachel for being there throughout my whole treatment. I totally recommend Acheive TMS carlsbad to those who experience terrible depression and whose meds are becoming less effective. I never once had to deal with insurance, which is stressful on its own. Thank you Achieve for helping me fight my depression.
