The Claremont staff were amazing and I would highly recommend going to the Greenbrook Claremont center for TMS treatments. I worked with John Baldrias, NP and also Sam who were both incredible. They were very accommodating to schedule changes and making the TMS experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. Life changing experience! The TMS procedure can seem daunting at first but the attention to patient comfort by the staff, in particular Sam, is first class. Without the support from Sam during the weekly sessions the treatment would not have been as successful. The care and compassion provided made a huge difference in the process. I owe my personal success/results to Sam's professionalism, patience, and positive feedback! I would highly recommend TMS treatments at Greenbrook in Claremont!
I’m extremely disappointed that a clinic that specializes in mental health treatment could be so unprepared that they dont have what they need for your treatment that has been scheduled for over a week. They don’t have the common courtesy to even call you the morning of to let you know your appointment will be canceled, instead they let you show up in person, fill out all the paperwork and then ask you to come back the next day.
