Greenbrook has literally changed my life. I've been using Spravato regularly for about a year and a half now, and can't imagine life without it. From the time I needed an initial consultation, they've been a pleasure to work work. My initial case worker helped me clear things up with insurance (no easy task!) and got me scheduled to see their psychiatrist within a couple of days. Maurica & shanya are amazing and set a very welcoming and healing atmosphere here and they goes above and beyond for their patients . All the women that have worked here so far (i have been coming for over a yr now) they have been kind , patient and understanding. This is a place that TRULY understands mental health !
My husband has been going to this clinic for a year now, and everyone has been incredible. All the staff, both past and present, have been kind, compassionate, and attentive. Isobel and Maurica make every appointment a little easier, which makes all the difference for my husband. I can't thank them enough.
Would give zero stars if I could. My experience here was absolutely insulting. The Spravato Coordinator named Kelly G. was so bad at her job it’s almost unbelievable. She jeopardized my wellbeing as I waited for treatment, despite multiple attempts I made to try to help the situation. She deserves to lose her job. This was a really unacceptable way to treat someone who’s waiting for important medical care. I didn’t even hear from her for the first time until over a month after my intake appointment.
