Really good experience at Greenbrook Mental Wellness. Everyone was easy to talk to and made the whole process feel way less stressful than I expected. Aileen was especially great! super nice and helpful. You can tell she actually cares. If you’re on the fence about getting help, I’d say just go for it. These folks make it easy.
My experience at Greenbrook has been wonderful! Kind, caring and truly interested in a successful outcome for me. Jeanette is who I mainly see and she is exceptional! She goes above and beyond to assure me a comfortable session and has been very flexible with scheduling. Her energy, empathy and compassion makes me look forward to the sessions. She’s a gem in the field! Aileen is truly exceptional—she’s compassionate, professional, and goes above and beyond to make every session comfortable and effective. Her warmth, knowledge, and consistent care made a huge difference in my treatment experience. She’s not just great at her job, she genuinely cares about every patient she sees.

My daughter gets spravato treatments every Wednesday and it's been such a blessing. Her depression is so much better and she loves the staff especially Aileen. I sit in the lobby downstairs while my daughter gets her treatments and I see the difference in the other clients also. They carry themselves better and are friendlier. I'm so happy with Greenbrook and what you all do.
