The employees are so caring, compassionate, and genuinely care about the well being of their patients. From the first phone call, to the assessment process, and seeing the Doctor, they validated and listened to my concerns, and even was able to move me up the waitlist by 1 month. The employees also made treatment much easier - I had a lot of anxiety starting treatment, and they answered any questions I had and showed so much care for me everyday. despite treatment being covered by insurance, they outright refused to help me and told me to “find another place.” This is beyond unacceptable for a medical provider that claims to care about patients well-being. Greenbrook TMS reminded me how evil healthcare can be. i will never seek this therapy again
I can’t speak to my results from TMS yet because I’m not even halfway through my treatments. However, I wanted to post a review because the reviews on Google are not great and I don’t want them to discourage someone from coming to Greenbrook. The hours of operation (regular business hours) are not helpful for someone who works full-time. Early, late, and weekend hours would better serve patients. Also, I did not find the staff or doctor especially friendly or caring. When I first called, there was someone obviously reading from scripted text. Still, they were barely understandable. Greenbrook TMS does not care about safety for their patients. My experience there was horrible. I would stay far, far away. Despite assuring me they had a strict masking policy Jessica spoke to me rudely and aggressively when I asked her to put one on. Her aggressiveness continued into the treatment.
