My depression has improved tremendously! On top of feeling better, I have had a wonderful experience with the technician Mikayla! She went above and beyond to answer any and all the questions I had. She was a delight! An absolute delight!
Mikayla my technician is always positive and welcoming. She makes me feel comfortable and is attentive to my needs. I’ve come to know her well from our brief conversations during my sessions. I find she is a compassionate and focused individual. You’ll feel right at home with her by your side.
The experience with Greenbrook has been both helpful for treating depression and most pleasant because of the care and attention of the staff. I always look forward to my sessions with Michaela because her expertise ensures the treatment will be effective and the company will be encouraging and uplifting. Michaela is very attentive to her clients and very compassionate and caring. I will be going to my last session today - and I will definitely miss her company!
The staff are very nice and responsive to my needs and questions. Dr Coffee is wonderful and you can tell she’s experienced and listens. I felt I was in good hands. Makayla the Technician is exceptionally knowledgeable and nice. She was always prepared and answered my questions. Excellent treatment and staff has been very responsive pre and during treatment. They helped with my insurance and returned my messages promptly. Definitely recommend the treatment and location! Updating this review because the issue I had was with payments. I paid in person a few times and then received a statement charging for the same dates. When I called and was sent another statement, the charges were not removed. It's been difficult getting them to correct this. I don't want to assume they're trying to over charge me.
