Blue flame is an amazing company. Chris Wolff was absolutely amazing. Prompt, professional, thorough, kind with reminders of project plan and scheduling. His team was amazing. Left the sight cleaner then it was before they started the project. Highly recommend Blue Flame. Chris was one of the best salesmen/ customer service guys I have worked with in years. He needs a huge raise.
This company is absolutely the best! I’ve worked with several different propane companies in the area now and the service from these guys is amazing. Our residential tank ran out of propane just hours before a winter snow storm was coming to Houston and we were not a current customer but when I called and expressed my concern for my kids and the storm, they were quick to tell me they would do their very best to fit us in today. Just had Green's Blue Flame Gas Co. to install a 500 gallon propane tank underground. I worked with Mr. Chris Wolff, service manager, also Mr. Jeff and Mr. Mattox who came out to do the installation. For customer service, these three gentleman get A+. Chris, as the manager, went out of his way to make sure any concerns I had were addressed. Jeff and Mattox were very professional and paid attention to detail. Jeff, operating the bobcat, took extra steps to avoid ruts in my yard, and he left my yard looking nice and smooth. ... read more
BEWARE of doing any real business with this company. At my house Green’s installed a brand new underground tank purchased from them last year without any indication that the install had issues. It was only recently when I turned on a seldom used irrigation valve that water started spraying out from under the ground next to the tank. Then upon tracing my septic leach line which lead directly to the tank and digging to find sewage, I realized why I’ve been having to expensively empty it much too frequently.
