I cannot recommend Greenslade Taylor Hunt in Barnstaple highly enough. From day one, Ollie was fantastic — someone I trusted completely throughout the entire journey. His guidance over the year has been invaluable, and I genuinely couldn’t have got through it without him. Curtis and Jodie in the office were equally amazing. Both the Barnstaple and South Milton branch were fantastic. Their professional advice resulted in us getting the best price possible. Their communication was exemplary and they always responded promptly. The whole team seemed to have a grasp on the sales, meaning that if someone was on leave, you were able to get the information needed. I would recommend them.
In a challenging property market, working with an estate agent with the skills and resilience to successfully navigate the challenges of pricing, marketing and negotiation is particularly important. We’ve been very happy with the integrity, clarity and communication offered by the entire team at GTH Barnstaple, led by Ollie and with our sale successfully delivered by Jodie.
Professional, attentive and caring . I would recommend GTH of Barnstaple. They sold my mother's house quickly, and advised well on pricing after testing the market . Very happy with the service . Ollie and Amber excellent 👍.
GTH Barnstaple are everything you want in an Estate Agency. Peter and I found Ollie, Curtis, Jodie and the team to be consistently professional, proactive and brilliant communicators. We highly recommend them.
