As a purchaser... helpful and responsive to phone calls. Would be 5 stars if Saturday viewing had not been so tightly time limited. We felt rushed towards the end of Saturday viewing...maybe longer needs to be allocated to larger properties? However, the staff could not have been more helpful and professional... despite the long drive for a rushed viewing, we bought the property.
I received good service from GTH. They brought plenty of people round my property which has resulted in a successful sale. James in particular stood out. He spoke to potential buyers with real knowledge and enthusiasm.
