As a purchaser... helpful and responsive to phone calls. Would be 5 stars if Saturday viewing had not been so tightly time limited. We felt rushed towards the end of Saturday viewing...maybe longer needs to be allocated to larger properties? However, the staff could not have been more helpful and professional... despite the long drive for a rushed viewing, we bought the property.

Received wonderful service from the team at GTH, Chard. From the moment James came to see us we knew we were in safe hands. A realistic valuation led to plenty of viewings (even in a very hard market) and a relatively quick sale. I would not use any other agent. They were outstanding.
