GTH were our sellers’ estate agent but you would have thought (James in particular) they were ours. James went above and beyond to get the house sale through and his knowledge and expertise really helped us navigate a very stressful time with our estate agents and often helped to decipher the solicitors’ unnecessarily complicated jargon! My experience with GTH has been positive from the start. James went out of his way to show me properties which met my criteria. Appointments were made to meet my needs and if James was delayed the office kept us informed. Any contact with the team in the office has been positive as they work as a cohesive team to support their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
