Overall we had a good experience with GTH. Luckily, our selling and buying process was fairly straightforward with no major issues. Everyone at GTH was pleasant to deal with. However, considering the fees that EA's charge, we feel there are a few areas for future improvement. At the time, not all members of the residential team were as proactive as they could have been with communication, and it seemed our agent was not representing our interests as fairly as the buyer's - it felt imbalanced on a few occasions. Despite a hellishly long conveyancing process (our vendor's solicitors were a nightmare) Kylie was wonderful - keeping us up to date and chasing both solicitors to finally get to completion. Great communication and a cheerful, positive yet sympathetic approach kept us on board till moving day!
