I’ve been really impressed with Greenslade Taylor Hunt, Estate Agent. Both Jon and Natalie have been professional, approachable, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. They’ve kept me well informed at every stage, and I feel they are working hard on my behalf. It’s refreshing to deal with people who combine efficiency with such a positive, personal touch — I’d happily recommend them.
Excellent experience with GTH Jon was amazing and nothing too much trouble when asked even on his days off! For which we were so grateful. He was on the ball and chasing things to get us over the line whilst being sensitive to our situation in more ways than one! Not only was he understanding to us as a family but also to our buyers and helping in any way he could. The team at GTH have been great. Every part of the process has been made easy due to the proactiveness, and quick responses from the team. Jon dealt with the advertising and sale of my property. He was honest throughout the whole process, and gave great advice, realistically pricing the property to sell, and then managed to sell it for a large profit! Natasha and Jon were excellent from the moment I stepped into the shop to enquire about viewing a property. Natasha encouraged me to put forward an offer even though I still had a week until I could get an AIP, she supported and helped me along the way with solicitors in order to get completed. All the staff were accommodating whenever I wanted to go back to take any measurements before completion.
