The conveyancing process was difficult as it involved creating a new title deed. GTH were always helpful and courteous, kept us up to date with issues, worked to speed up the process between the solicitors, helped with access during the long period between the offer acceptance and completion and offered helpful information on the idiosyncrasies of the property. Overall we had an excellent service.
