We bought our new home through GTH Minehead. Right from our first viewings, they were easy to deal with and, as our sale progressed, continued to keep us up to date with regular emails and phone calls. They were always happy to answer any questions we had (and there were a lot as we were moving from one side of the country to the other), and were very patient! Particular thanks to both Katie and KatieJo, who were hugely professional and lovely throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use GTH again.
The whole team at GTH Minehead are hard working, approachable and proactive. Katie Skinner led my house sale and she was brilliant. Great communication, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Had an offer within a month of house going up for sale. Katie made the whole process seamless. She clearly listens to buyers and sellers needs- resulting in successful sales/purchases. I have just re let a property through you. Carriann Phippen suggested improvements to make it very much more attractive to prospective tenants; having taken her advice a tenant was found within a week. Kara Thrush helped enormously by recommending a contractor to carry out the work. As I am keen only to use local businesses this was exactly what I wanted.
Another vote for Katie Jo and Team! Have just completed the sale of a cottage in Allerford. Was dreading it, assuming that the whole procedure - like so many things nowadays - would be a complicated nightmare. Such, though, was the level of friendly but professional support, assistance and encouragement received from the Minehead office that the whole thing has been remarkably and unexpectedly pain-free. I have found all the staff at the Minehead branch to be helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Their people skills are above average and a lot of this is due to the excellent leadership from their branch manager. Buying and selling houses can be traumatic. Their, support, enthusiasm and reassurance has been very important to me
