The whole team at GTH Minehead are hard working, approachable and proactive. Katie Skinner led my house sale and she was brilliant. Great communication, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Our house sold very quickly through the professional team at GTH Minehead. They prepared excellent marketing materials, including innovative video fly over and fly through the house done by The Drone Man. The communication with the team in Minehead was excellent, in particular Katie Jo, Katie & Kirsty, all of whom were outstanding. They are deservedly the Gold Award Estate Agent winners for Minehead area.
From the moment I first entered the GTH office in Minehead, I knew I was onto a winner. To find out that that office had an all female staff was particularly encouraging. The manager was extremely efficient and friendly, and the two negotiators I met thereafter did their jobs well, also the administrator on the team was courteous and helpful.
We recently bought a property through GTH and Katie Skinner who we dealt with was absolutely superb. There were some issues with the bottom of the chain towards the end of the process and Katie made a point of finding out what was going on and communicated this to us. Katie definitely made the whole process a lot easier.
