The Sherborne branch of GTH provided a superb service from start to finish. Richard visited and seemed generally enthusiastic about our house and the prospects for a sale. He compared it to others in the local area and these were appropriate and relevant. The quoted value was more than that suggested by two local competitors but we still realised more than this when it sold.
