The guys at Greentec are amazing. My beloved 2012 Nissan Leaf's battery died a couple of weeks ago & I was able to call them (and talk to a human!), organizing a new battery purchase to be installed in a shop near me. It took a week to get the battery and only 2 days to install. My Leaf went from 8 miles/full charge to 150 miles/full charge (with both radio and fan on!). On the trip home it reached 188 miles!! I had been having issues with my ford fusion and went to a mechanic just to find out my hybrid battery was dying and i needed a new one, which is discontinued and was quoted over $10,000. Definitely wasn’t gonna do that, so i did some research and found Greentech auto which only costed a little over 2 grand to repair!!! They fixed it in about 3 weeks and i just got my car back today and it’s running even better than it was when i first got the car a couple years ago. So far so good. its only been 6 days.. But my FEH 2006 can now achieve 30mpg now!.. So thats new again. I do think the new HV battery is very quick to discharge but its also very quick to recharge back up. Now I can run about 30/35 mph in full EV mode.. But not as far as before.. However they pack fully recharges faster than before And I see it helping out the ICE at freeway speeds more... Dillon showed up on time and did a great job diagnosing and replacing my faulty hybrid battery that was in my car that was sitting for weeks. He was quick, thorough, and easy to work with. He also provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend Dillon if you need an EV technician.
This place had a hard to see driveway but that was the only a difficult part of my battery replacement journey. When I got here at my appointed time the tech was super nice and helpful. I got my battery replaced for my 2008 Toyota Prius. They replaced that big battery in about 45 minutes and I was back on my way. I think that's a pretty awesome turnaround time. Plus I have a 4-year warranty. My car runs awesome now! I'd recommend them to anybody getting a battery replacement.
