We were restoring a Prius we had in storage. We found that among a few other things, we had a dead cell on our main Prius battery. We needed the car urgently. We called Greentec. Explained the issue. They were able to get it in that evening and have it back to us the next morning. And at a very reasonable price. The car runs good as new.
Greentec is awesome! All of the customer service staff is beyond professional, helpful and kind. Ceasar was able to help with scheduling and communication. The pricing cannot be beat (Toyota was charging 5K) and the service is top tier. I just got my hybrid battery installed yesterday and it came with a warranty. Michael, the regional manager made the process quick, easy and even listened to my extra car woes. He gave me great advises in case I needed anything in the future. Great prices and quick service. My 2012 Lexus was going into the trash bin when I heard it would be about $5,000 for a new hybrid battery. Greentec offers a refurbished battery with warranty for about considerably less. Install in about an hour. Now the Lexus has a new life.
I have 2 older Prius Cs and have had both hybrid batteries replaced. Increases MPG and no more ⚠️ light on dash. Highly recommend. Saved me a lot of $$$ compared to dealership shops.
I recently had GreenTec install a new generation battery in my Lexus RX400h. While I experienced increased power and a fairly good mpg, I found the battery level fluctuation to be a bit drastic. So I called Michael and let him know my concerns. He immediately asked me to bring the vehicle over and did some tests.
