Azahry at Greentec Auto of Salt Lake City replaced my 2011 Gen 1 Chevy Volt battery. He did a fantastic job, and my Volt is running like new again, with a 24+ mile range in winter temperatures in the 20's and 30's, and with no switching over to gas until the last electron in the battery has been used even when acerating uphill in Sport mode on the steep Rocky Mountain drives. Tyler was great as helping my kid, who was at the University of Utah. Their Camry hybrid battery was done for and me living 1500 miles away, I was unable to help. Tyler was fantastic. He assured me my kid would be taken care of and in great hands. Two days later my college kid had a new battery and was back to school well before their class. Took about an hour.
Hybrid battery Technician came and was very nice. Even after the install there were still problems with my engine, and even though that was not his expertise they worked with me as best they could to figure it out. Also this company was by far the most affordable.
Greentec is awesome! They changed out my Tesla Model S high voltage battery for a far better price than Tesla. Parker was very helpful with answering all of my questions. It took about two months for me to decide and he was very patient. The tech at the shop was super friendly and communicated very well. So far the battery is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Greentec, they took away my new battery anxiety!
Had them replace the hybrid battery for my 2011 Sonata Hybrid that had cells failing. Price was better than anybody around and they provide impressive warranties even on reconditioned batteries. Customer service was also great if I ever called with any questions.
