Long story short, the first battery I got was faulty. So not happy I had to make. Hour long trips instead of 1. I was assured they test all batteries before selling. Apparently one got through. That being said the 2nd battery worked great and car is working again without red triangle of death. The man at the SLC office is awesome. He gets 5 stars in my book. I found this place after a bad experience with another company where my battery only lasted less than two years and also had gone bad two times before that in less than 3 weeks. Azahry was awesome, nice, on time and did his job very well. I also verified that the warranty if used wouldn’t require me to pay hundreds of dollars to use or ship off on my own, so I’m confident this place is already much much better. I am thrilled with my Greentec experience at their Salt Lake City location. Azahry was very skilled and cordial. He took the time to explain everything, and I was in and out with my 2008 Prius Hybrid Battery in one hour. The shop was neat, organized, and professional, with a very accommodating waiting room. I recommend the Salt Lake City location highly!
The technician was very competent and was able to replace my battery in the amount of time estimated. He also replaced several missing bolts and plastic catches that the last company failed to reinstall after their repair. We met at the appointment time and he was ready to start the repair. I would definitely recommend Greentec for your battery repair.
Azahry was exceptionally helpful, my Toyota Prius battery decided to stop me from accelerating and when I called them day of to help they connected me to Azahry for scheduling asap. I was really stressed about the whole process but they addressed all of my questions and concerns. When I took my car in I mentioned a separate issue with my car and after the appointment he helped me with it even though he wouldn’t get paid for his time!
