My car completely crapped out on me a mile from the shop and Azahry saved my bacon. He also did an excellent job replacing the battery. Give this man a raise. I'll also mention that the sales team was very easy and friendly to work with. Out of all the hybrid battery businesses I talked to, these guys are the best and most reliable I found!
Azahry at Greentec Auto of Salt Lake City replaced my 2011 Gen 1 Chevy Volt battery. He did a fantastic job, and my Volt is running like new again, with a 24+ mile range in winter temperatures in the 20's and 30's, and with no switching over to gas until the last electron in the battery has been used even when acerating uphill in Sport mode on the steep Rocky Mountain drives. Love the new Prius Battery! Legitimately affordable. We got a manufactured high capacity battery for $1800. The dealership quoted us $5400 for a new one! I saw a jump of over 10mpg as well. They said it would take an hour and it did. This company is the best move for replacement manufactured batteries!
After having 2 bad batteries installed I called Greentec. Customer service was great and they came to my place to install a battery. The technician was awesome and takes pride in his work. He showed me many issues from the previous auto shop working on the car. I highly recommend!
I was thrilled with my experience with Greentec! They were very patient and helpful with me. It’s a tough decision to invest that much money into a 10 year old car, but Greentec exceeded my expectations! No regrets
