The technician was very competent and was able to replace my battery in the amount of time estimated. He also replaced several missing bolts and plastic catches that the last company failed to reinstall after their repair. We met at the appointment time and he was ready to start the repair. I would definitely recommend Greentec for your battery repair.
Overall a good experience. The installation tech was fast and friendly. So far I've had no issues after the installation. Time will tell. My only input for greentec auto would be to improve your automated email system. It works great for the initial quote but you aren't able to respond to the email to continue the process. I sat on the initial quote for a week or two expecting an email response before realizing that it wasn't a monitored account.
These guys are outstanding. Azahry was friendly and efficient. He even took a few extra minutes after he changed the battery to show me how to watch for a bad inverter. The batteries themselves are great, and much cheaper to buy and install than what the dealer would offer. Highly recommend.
After having 2 bad batteries installed I called Greentec. Customer service was great and they came to my place to install a battery. The technician was awesome and takes pride in his work. He showed me many issues from the previous auto shop working on the car. I highly recommend!
Love the new Prius Battery! Legitimately affordable. We got a manufactured high capacity battery for $1800. The dealership quoted us $5400 for a new one! I saw a jump of over 10mpg as well. They said it would take an hour and it did. This company is the best move for replacement manufactured batteries!
