We purchased a used 2013 Lexus CT200h (essentially a 2nd gen Prius with leather seats and a smaller body) with 165,000 miles last year for a great price. An extremely easy and worthwhile main battery upgrade on a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid at the shop in Utah. Greentec got me on the schedule super fast and the appointment was just as quick. Took the vehicle to the shop and was in and out in just under an hour. Jaxx at the shop was very knowledgable, took a few moments for some dialog to confirm some vehicle performance issues and then did a great job. Called twice. For the 40kW Leaf battery upgrade. Terrible attitude. They can simply hang up on you during sales call. What to expect then if there are any warranty issues?
I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of a new EV battery. I brought my Prius in for a replacement after the battery had died. My car was kept for multiple days without any updates. I paid over $2,000 plus a warranty for a new battery, which failed less than two weeks later. Because of this, I had to order a tow truck to bring my car back to the shop and relied on multiple Ubers to get to and from work, as well as trips to drop off my keys, return to work, and pick up my car. I needed a new hybrid battery for my 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. It had over 136,000 miles and is now 14 years old.
