We found Greentec to be an amazing company to replace our hybrid in our Ford Escape. Reasonably priced and great customer service. I highly recommend using them the next time you need to replace your hybrid battery or any EV battery for your vehicle.
We were restoring a Prius we had in storage. We found that among a few other things, we had a dead cell on our main Prius battery. We needed the car urgently. We called Greentec. Explained the issue. They were able to get it in that evening and have it back to us the next morning. And at a very reasonable price. The car runs good as new.
Got my 2009 Camry Hybrid Battery replaced with Greentec EV. It was a seamless easy process. I chose the remanufactured battery option at half the cost of what dealership wanted. The technician explained everything and the job took less than an hour on the scheduled day as planned. Many thanks! Highly recommend their product and service which comes with a 24 month warranty.
Greentec is awesome! All of the customer service staff is beyond professional, helpful and kind. Ceasar was able to help with scheduling and communication. The pricing cannot be beat (Toyota was charging 5K) and the service is top tier. I just got my hybrid battery installed yesterday and it came with a warranty. Michael, the regional manager made the process quick, easy and even listened to my extra car woes. He gave me great advises in case I needed anything in the future. I have 2 older Prius Cs and have had both hybrid batteries replaced. Increases MPG and no more ⚠️ light on dash. Highly recommend. Saved me a lot of $$$ compared to dealership shops.
