Very happy with my experience with Greentec. Very easy to deal with, great price compared to Toyota, able to wait while they installed it. Back home with a new hybrid battery in 2 hours. Several friends had used them in the past and recommended them. Highly recommend.
Greentec is awesome! All of the customer service staff is beyond professional, helpful and kind. Ceasar was able to help with scheduling and communication. The pricing cannot be beat (Toyota was charging 5K) and the service is top tier. I just got my hybrid battery installed yesterday and it came with a warranty. Michael, the regional manager made the process quick, easy and even listened to my extra car woes. He gave me great advises in case I needed anything in the future. I have 2 older Prius Cs and have had both hybrid batteries replaced. Increases MPG and no more ⚠️ light on dash. Highly recommend. Saved me a lot of $$$ compared to dealership shops.
We found Greentec to be an amazing company to replace our hybrid in our Ford Escape. Reasonably priced and great customer service. I highly recommend using them the next time you need to replace your hybrid battery or any EV battery for your vehicle.
I recently had GreenTec install a new generation battery in my Lexus RX400h. While I experienced increased power and a fairly good mpg, I found the battery level fluctuation to be a bit drastic. So I called Michael and let him know my concerns. He immediately asked me to bring the vehicle over and did some tests.
