I give Greentec 5 stars from beginning to the end. Their phone sales person was helpful but not pushy at all. They offered all the info I requested and answered all my questions. When I finally decided to use them because I could get a new hybrid battery plus installation at my home for less than half of what the Toyota dealership quoted me. Because of Greentec I was able to revive my paid off car and avoid acquiring a car payment. I called to order a hybrid battery which was quoted at half the cost of the dealership. It was ordered and installed in my car within three weeks. I failed to mention the battery was delivered to Oklahoma City from Dallas TX. The cost and customer service was such a relief. Very happy with my experience with Greentec. Very easy to deal with, great price compared to Toyota, able to wait while they installed it. Back home with a new hybrid battery in 2 hours. Several friends had used them in the past and recommended them. Highly recommend.
