Best clinic hands down. Director is accessible and available always, medical staff is top tier, patient oriented and you can feel it as a client. Front desk staff are so kind, and the counselors are TOP TIER. They interact with you, are interested in ur success and ur struggles even if ur not on their case load. The Dr is a very well known addiction Dr and the NP is super qualified, educated and kind. Best clinic HANDS DOWN. It took me a long time to become totally substance free while utilizing MAT and GCTC stood by me thru my ups and downs and NEVER made me feel anything but valued. There are obvious safety protocols they have to follow if ur actively using multiple substances while on methadone but it’s not to punish, it’s to keep us alive. I recommend 100% from the Medical Staff, The Director, Counselors and Front Desk/Financial Dept are all consistently and constantly kind.
This place saved my life. Nurse practitioner is awesome The staff is awesome nurses are awesome all around great clinical staff and friendly people. Best treatment center I've ever been to.
This treatment facility is very family and safe oriented. They make you feel welcome and are actually concerned about your needs and rehabilitation status. When I walk threw the door it's like walking threw the door at home you actually feel welcome. But I advise anybody who is trying to change or make a change in life this is the place for you. This place was great when it was GRC. Then the new place took over and it's just like Port. You're just a dollar sign to these ppl. They don't care about you as a person. They don't take into account that we're human and once we're on the right path and working hard the more they want to penalize you.
