Dr. Loftis and his staff are truly the best! I usually get anxious when visiting the dentist, but Dr. Mike helped me stay calm throughout my procedure. He explained each step clearly and made the entire process smooth and painless. His patience and kindness really stood out, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I got my root canal Tuesday 7/1 and although I was super nervous and almost let anxiety get the best of me I felt no pain after the procedure there was discomfort but I only had to take Tylenol the day of and on the third day once. They did an amazing job and I got my crown the next week (today 7/8). Everyone was nice and friendly time flew by it took an hour and a half. I would recommend.
I had my first root canal performed here. I went in with dread from all the horror stories I've heard others tell about getting a root canal. When I arrived everyone was exceptionally friendly. The staff took care of me and was very helpful during my visits. Dr. Loftis was very friendly and explained everything to me. I feel like he really had my comfort as priority. This was the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. I came to this office after a very horrible dental experience. The staff was so professional and caring, the doctor was exceptional talked me through the entire process of what to expect and what he's going to do, even talked to me while he was doing his processes, excellent White Glove service. I highly recommend this place. A+++++++++ really wish Dr Loftis could be my regular dentist🥰🥰🥰🥰
