Dr. Loftis and his staff are truly the best! I usually get anxious when visiting the dentist, but Dr. Mike helped me stay calm throughout my procedure. He explained each step clearly and made the entire process smooth and painless. His patience and kindness really stood out, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I got my root canal Tuesday 7/1 and although I was super nervous and almost let anxiety get the best of me I felt no pain after the procedure there was discomfort but I only had to take Tylenol the day of and on the third day once. They did an amazing job and I got my crown the next week (today 7/8). Everyone was nice and friendly time flew by it took an hour and a half. I would recommend.
I had such a great experience with the office that when my son needs root canal this was the place to go back to. Everything was explained clearly and upfront. The was very open and clean. You could tell the staff liked doing their jobs. Everyone was very down-to-earth. Not that anyone wants to have to get a root canal...this is definitely the place to go if you do.
I had my first root canal performed here. I went in with dread from all the horror stories I've heard others tell about getting a root canal. When I arrived everyone was exceptionally friendly.
