Worst experience I’ve ever had. I am a nervous patient with mental health issues and trauma. I have that in my file and throughly explained the situation. Dr loftis attempted to make the process so fast there was no real hello before the topical was on and a needle was in my mouth. I had previously explained the needle is the only part that makes me nervous. I did not see him pick it up and he did not tell me. My usual dentist allows the topical to sit for about 5 minutes. Very Nice staff. This was my first root canal, and it went smooth. Mike really knows his stuff, was positive and understanding. The day after the procedure I have little to no pain. Just soreness.
Dr. Loftis and his staff are truly the best! I usually get anxious when visiting the dentist, but Dr. Mike helped me stay calm throughout my procedure. He explained each step clearly and made the entire process smooth and painless. His patience and kindness really stood out, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had my first root canal performed here. I went in with dread from all the horror stories I've heard others tell about getting a root canal. When I arrived everyone was exceptionally friendly. The staff took care of me and was very helpful during my visits. Dr. Loftis was very friendly and explained everything to me. I feel like he really had my comfort as priority. This was the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. I came to this office after a very horrible dental experience. The staff was so professional and caring, the doctor was exceptional talked me through the entire process of what to expect and what he's going to do, even talked to me while he was doing his processes, excellent White Glove service. I highly recommend this place. A+++++++++ really wish Dr Loftis could be my regular dentist🥰🥰🥰🥰
