We recently purchased a Villa with Grenadier homes in Rowlett. They were/are very accommodating. The quality of their construction is very impressive. So far we’ve had a few warranty issues that we called about. They were very responsive and came out to fix the problems promptly. It is very peaceful and quiet in this part of Rowlett. All of the villas are facing A beautiful green belt. After looking several years for the perfect place to live, we finally found it with Grenadier homes.
We love our Grenadier Home! The entire process from start to finish was great. The quality, style and finish out are just a few things we love about our new home. If you’re in the market to buy a new home, we definitely recommend Grenadier Homes.
This is the worst builder ever my son was pre approved by their lender and ended up rejected for loan. They didn’t pay him back the earnest money and tried to contact them they only replied by email and never paid him back the money and no one was there so he meet for him it feels like scam frankly speaking it is scam. I never heard if the loan rejected (by the builder lender) they don’t pay the earnest money. He’s now in deep depression he lost all his savings. Don’t recommend it by any means!
This is the worst company never recommend to anyone they are fraud. I paid the earnest money as their lender pre approved my loan but later they didn’t approved my loan and kept the earnest money by law they should’t but as I didn’t have enough money couldn’t hire attorney and lost $10k for no reason. They are scam please avoid this builder! This builder is one of the worst company ever I experienced! My husband was pre approved from the lenders suggested by the builder as they offer some credit if go with their lender but when earnest money paid they didn’t approved the loan and the builder didn’t returned the earnest money the agent he was working was not responding to him and they assigned another agent that was not responding he never got his earnest money $10000 which lawfully it’s illegal but they did this and he has faced too much of stress as lawfully th... read more
