I’ve lived here in Woodbridge for about 4 years and those who have left stellar reviews, to my knowledge, do not live here! Don’t be fooled! It’s been a difficult journey with little to no communication from the beginning. My Sales person was not always forthcoming and would say one thing at one time then say another when signing. I got 2 units and one is the Mulan plan .I got the Mulan plan only for the reason that it has a big side yard . And few weeks before closing we were surprised that we didn't see the side yard that was included in the plan . We asked the sales manager and construction manager if something can be done , but with no use due to the fact that there was a base line that is really close to the property due to its location and because of that we didn't get the promised side yard that was included in the plan . My wife and I absolutely love the way we've watched this community being developed over the past couple of years. We worked with Julian and Devin, going over floor plans, specs, and details involved in choosing the unit that was best for us. They were AWESOME as they patiently worked with us and answered all our questions. If you're looking for a villa-style community, this is a great team to work with!
they build beautiful homes. they are from two bedroom single story to (?) two story dont know how many bedrooms. they are not single units. like 6 plexes. etc.
