Studying at Greystone College Melbourne was a great experience. I completed my Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication and the teachers were always supportive and professional. The classes were practical, the staff was helpful, and the campus had a welcoming environment. I definitely recommend Greystone to anyone looking to grow their skills in Australia.
The diploma was issued two months after the course had ended, by which time my visa had already expired, and I had left the country. To make matters worse, the graduation ceremony is scheduled two months after that—meaning four months after course completion. I would like to emphasize that not all international students plan to extend their visas indefinitely. I highly recommend taking a course with Greystone. The staff is very friendly, and if you have any problems, they try to resolve them as quickly as possible. I loved having my course online; I had a lot of flexible scheduling and was able to maintain a balance in my personal life.
I had a disappointing experience with Greystone College, particularly with the staff member/Student Support, Maria M. Unfortunately, she seemed to lack the necessary knowledge about migration and visa processes, which left me feeling confused and frustrated.
