Do not waste your money on the diplomas offered by this school. I took the Diploma in Project Management, and the whole course was online. What's the purpose of studying abroad if the classes are going to be online? At the start of each unit, the teacher will explain a little bit of theory during the first and second classes, and that's it. For the remaining classes, the teacher will basically go through the assessment, explaining how to complete it. Then, you'll be put into groups to finish it with your teammates. I thoroughly enjoyed my time pursuing my diploma in leadership and management at Greystone over the past year. The teacher, was trully passionate about fostering a love for learning and consistently eager to support the students.
I was a Greystone student for almost 3 years and had a great experience! All the team from the student support members to the school director are amazing and very helpful when needed. I’ve had multiple teachers during these years and zero complaints to make. They were all knowledgeable and very easy to deal with specially during COVID times. I truly recommend this school. 10 out of 10
RECEPTION / STUDENT SUPPORT When I went there to have my student card printed she start an argument with me because there was just a few days left on my course so she didn’t want to print the card for me. I am entitled a student card for the whole length of my course. Besides, couple of days ago I find my old student card ( the one I thought it was lost) and the end date of my course was actually 20 days later than what she said. The VET support department is an absolute bunch of people who are there only to schedule the sending of emails to students. They have suspended my Moodle account only because they don’t have my contact details. Once I try to complete this information, the platform keeps sending me errors even though I have done the process around 4 times by now and double checked that everything is signed and updated properly.
