Griswold home health care is an amazing team! They truly care about the individuals they serve not only that their families as well. I have seem them taking the time to get to know the individual which is truly important when it comes to home care. The admin team also makes regular visits to check in on the clients being served. If your are pondering if they should be your choice. I tell you now your answer should be YES!
We needed 24/7 care for our 95-year-old grandmother, who wished to pass away at home. Griswold made the process clear and seamless, helping us understand exactly what 24/7 support would look like and cost. We selected their live-in service. AMAZING! Griswold and caregiver Angela stayed with our Mom 24/7 while she was on hospice. Living out of state it was such a comfort knowing that she was in the BEST of hands. We got daily updates from the caregiver and Mom absolutely loved Angela. Thank you Griswold for working with the highest of integrity.
Griswold Columbus was very flexible in scheduling, easy to communicate and very prompt in response for scheduling and questions. They made the whole process easy from the meet/interview to billing to scheduling. Their caregiver(s) are wonderful and my mother enjoyed their personalities and time and developed a friendship/fondness in a short time. Highly recommend.
Griswold (Janie and Heather) have been amazing to work with during the care of my mother while I am living in CA. Communication was great, and when issues came up, they handled it quickly and with open communication. The caregivers took top notch care of my mother with regards to assisting with movement, schedules, personal hygiene, meals, and overall care. Finding a trustworthy provider was a difficult process, but I would definitely recommend Griswold for home health care.
