Griswold is taking very good care of my 89 year-old mother, with Alzheimer's. At scheduled times our wonderful caregiver...Ms. Debbie comes and sits with my mom, accompanies her around the house, does seated exercises with her, and does light cleaning tasks. The staff at Griswold is EXCELLENT! The Executive Director, and Scheduling Coordinator are second to none. Griswold matched our needs perfectly. I highly recommend them.
Griswold Home Care truly cares about their clients and families. The team is compassionate, dependable, and takes the time to make sure each client receives personalized care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality in-home care!
This service is exceptional. I have used it for my mother twice for short term situations (one month or less) and they are excellent. I can only imagine how wonderful their long term care givers are. The office staff is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The sitters are polite, friendly, experienced, and professional. When there was an indiviual issue it was addressed IMMEDIATELY. Griswold Home Care was very accommodating and respectful for the needs of our family and loved one. They were professional and diligent in providing the upmost care and safety for my father in the hospital and in his home. Their sitters were punctual, empathetic and provided helpful communication.
The team at Griswold was exceptional in my opinion. Though we did not have a “perfect fit” for the patient involved on one occasion, Griswold, and Kathleen in particular, handled the situation perfectly and immediately provided an alternate caregiver who was with our Dad until his last breath.
