We had a superior experience with Griswold Home Care. The registration was handled thoughtfully and well. Merilyn, our contact person, was most accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She clearly wanted to know everything she could about my wife and her needs, all of which went into a detailed notebook for our helpers. We didn't feel our first helper was what my wife needed or wanted, and Griswold did a serious search for a more compatible person. This second helper was exactly what we needed. I researched a few home health providers and then interviewed two for my 98 and 97 yr old parents…Merilyn with Griswold impressed me with her professionalism and concern to find the right fit for my parents. The caregiver, Mercy, was absolutely perfect - she was organized, timely and gentle in her care. My folks loved her and we loved her, plus Merilyn was always in contact w me. I would highly recommend Griswold for your home health care needs!

I can't say enough about how happy we were with the care and service that Griswold Home Care gave to our Dad. They were very professional and caring. Nurse Brittany was wonderful. His caregiver, Jonathan, was fantastic. Dad really enjoyed his company and he was so good with Dad and his cares. He was like one of the family!
