The staff at Griswold were great to work with. They were detail oriented and made sure the staff working in my parents' home were a good fit.
I can't say enough about how happy we were with the care and service that Griswold Home Care gave to our Dad. They were very professional and caring. Nurse Brittany was wonderful. His caregiver, Jonathan, was fantastic. Dad really enjoyed his company and he was so good with Dad and his cares. He was like one of the family!
Griswold in Fargo ND has cared for my 101 year old mother in her own home since 2018, 24/7. I have never once seen a shift not covered. The caregivers are reliable and steady. Many of them become part of the family. They have patience I do not have. I’m sure mom is still alive and able to live in her home since 1956 when it was new because of Griswold. Griswold Home Care of Fargo provided excellent service for our family during the recent need for in home care. Employees were caring and quickly established a relationship with the in-home patient. Staff were always very timely even when we requested 24-hour care with multiple care providers. The staff were asked to keep accurate records of services provided and monitored use of medications. He has complex medical issues that require top-notch aides, flexibility and quick thinking from his home health agency. From the perspective of his staffing, we couldn't be happier.
