I am thankful for Griswold’s care team in my family’s time of need. In a crisis situation Merilyn was able to meet me where I was with paperwork ready on very short notice, ready to help. She went above and beyond to get both of my parents set up with 24/7 care while they were waiting to transition in assisted living. Caregiver Jonathan was friendly, helpful, and in tune to my Dad’s needs. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend Griswold and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Griswold Home Care has provided amazing care for my mom. Because I live out of state, it was initially very stressful trying to coordinate everything from afar. We had a superior experience with Griswold Home Care. The registration was handled thoughtfully and well. Merilyn, our contact person, was most accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She clearly wanted to know everything she could about my wife and her needs, all of which went into a detailed notebook for our helpers. We didn't feel our first helper was what my wife needed or wanted, and Griswold did a serious search for a more compatible person. This second helper was exactly what we needed.
