Calling Griswold Home Care was the best thing that happened for our family, with such short notice we were accomodated and received Maureen as my mom's caregiver. She arrived on time everyday, completed her assigned duties & my mom was happy and if services are needed again. I know who to call. Thank you Vicky for sending Maureen our way. What a blessing.
Audrene was a very caring caregiver to my parents. She cared for my mom when she was ill (just amazingly kind) and was very attentive to their fragility and needs with competence and compassion. She easily adopted to different issues and situations and she was easy to talk. She was better than we could have hoped for and she even won their dog over who loves her. We highly recommend Audrene.
Griswold Home Care saved our families Christmas. My Dad was discharged from Howard County General Hospital on Christmas Eve and I was unable to find help from anyone. Hope, the Director of the company, came to visit us on Christmas Eve at the hospital (He even brought us some cookies and snacks). He helped us get my dad a great caregiver to come out on Christmas day. Thank you Griswold (and Hope) for saving the day. We are so happy we chose you!
My 5 star review reflects the level of care I personally received from Griswald. I am an independent single parent and was looking for assistance with recovering from surgery. They are prompt and detail oriented while being so thoughtful and caring. I thoroughly appreciated how they identified and helped with the things I needed at the right time consistently. My needs were covered so I could focus on healing. I am so grateful for their support and highly recommend them for care.
I was recently told I had to come back to DC to work every day. I have been taking care of my dad at home, who is living with vascular dementia. The Griswold team came out on a Sunday night and had a caregiver ready for me on Monday morning. I'm so grateful you all made this easy.
