My husband's care is being handled very professionally by the Agency. Administrative staff timely updates on any changes needed to be made in staff and are always very understanding when changes may be needed in his care. Health aides arrive on time and perform their duties in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with Agency as a whole and recommend it highly.

I have absolutely loved working with Ms. Tamika at Griswald Home Care. She has been excellent with communication, keeping me informed, finding solutions, and she always has such a positive attitude. It is truly a joy working with her on finding the best home health services for my father. Any questions that I have she is happy to answer, any changes that we require she works hard to find a solution, and she is always extremely empathetic. Ms. Tamika has excellent customer service!
