We are so thankful for Griswold Home Care. From management to direct support, you can tell that the folks here truly care about their clients and each other. Kayla is the absolute best. She’s always on time (something my former military grandfather is very particular about), she’s proactive, kind, and goes above and beyond with communicating with us and ensuring Grandpa is well taken care of. Griswold offered a refreshingly smooth private duty elder care experience. Griswold professionals were reliable. They showed up on time and actively interacted and engaged with my mother who was in memory care. They coordinated effectively with facility staff, PT and OT professionals, while also tracking activities and benchmarks throughout the day so I could get an accurate picture of how my mom was progressing -- or not. First off, the manger at the South County location Brad Lemen is terrible. He is very manipulative & money hungry. This company is unorganized. They are short staffed & communication is awful.
