She immediately became part of our family and even accepted our invitation to Christmas dinner--we wanted her to be our guest, but she wound up helping a lot. Then I was impressed that the manager, Marjorie Champenoy, and the caretaker, Alex, actually came out to the skilled nursing home to meet w/ us before we were scheduled to bring my father home.
