I am handicapped and currently Live alone. I need help doing normal daily chores, such as preparing breakfast, other meals, doing light laundry, washing dishes, and generally straightening up the house. Griswold has provided me with outstanding personnel to help me do those chores. They always arrive on time, ready to help, and do an outstanding job for me. Griswold Home Care has provided superb caregiver support for my wife for the last 8 months. All of our caregivers have been kind, compassionate and skilled in assisting with all of her needs as she's progressed through dementia. What I appreciate most is their willingness to get to know us and truly understand how to best help.
I cannot express the gratitude to this company. They were able to get me 24 seven Care in less than a day. every single aid was compassionate, kind and loving to my mother. If someone called out, they worked diligently to find a replacement. I was able to sleep at night, knowing that they were there, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. The schedulers were also so kind, informative and professional with what was going on through the process.❤️
Have had this companies aid service for a little over 4years. Communication is 5 star. They really check out the people they have working for them and match them up with clients that click. Can not say enough good things about this company. My case worker-Marianne is the best ( I know I am biased!). You have the option of wether you want the aid back, not stuck with someone who doesn't match your personality. I'm so glad that I have very well matched aids.
Griswold were true angels for me and my family. My mother's health started declining rapidly due to aggressive melanoma cancer and we could no longer provide the care on our own. Griswold had 24hr care and care providers within 2 days of us calling. Unfortunately my mother passed within a couple days of using their services but the company and all of the caregivers were so compassionate, caring and kind.
