Our grandmother unexpectedly ended up in the hospital and our grandfather was going to need help at home while she was in the hospital and then moved to a longer term care facility. When that kind of emergency strikes, it's so scary and overwhelming. I don't know what we would have done without the Griswold team. My partner, who is a disabled Veteran, has been provided care giving services over a number of years. We have had several agencies who provided these services. Approximately a year ago we were referred to Griswold. Mitch, who is our primary contact, has truly been a pleasure to work with. He is compassionate and understanding and when needed, accommodating to meet the needs of his client whether it is a schedule change or questions regarding health services. Onboarding with Emily and Mitch has been great. They were amazing at handling the LTC insurance that just didn't want to pay. Their persistence paid off. We moved care from a different company where we had many issues with caregivers including no call no shows leaving our elderly mother without care for the day. Since moving to Griswold every caregiver they have sent has been fabulous. Malea F. and Devynn B. are both topnotch caregivers that truly care about their clients.
