This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Renee was super awesome!! She was kind, funny, informative, highly knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. She made what I thought would be a less than pleasant experience rather fun! Who knew? I've visited other storage facilities with my friends and what not but I have never seen one like this. The manager at Grove Street Self Storage, actually I don't know if that's her title, but it should be, is the kind of professional anyone would want to deal with. Renee, she is helpfull, knows the business inside and out, she sincerely works to make sure that her costumers get the best of what the facility has to offer, to meet the individual costumers needs. The price just kept going up. Whilst the facility and staff were great I originally got it for $189 per month a few years ago, and now its over $400. I moved to a far cheaper facility
Rene has been wonderful in helping us solve our storage space issues. We’ve been renting ing 2!units for over a year. The facility is always immaculate and offers a sense of safety, knowing there are lots of cameras throughout. I recommend Grove St Storage for too many reasons to list. Thank you so much!
Staff is friendly and very helpful. Clean and safe storage that is easily accessed. I’d absolutely recommend and use again.
