I actually like it here. There is a sense of community. It's quiet, it's clean and I feel safe. Management is strict which I like. I have no issues with the rules. I understand the parking rules so that isn't an issue for me. You get one assigned space, and an additional permit if you own another vehicle. If you don't have a permit you can't park inside. Guests must park off the premises. Very simple. Follow that and your car is safe.
Melissa in the front office was rude and unhelpful. They have been jerking me around for 4 months and refuse to return any deposit. They won’t return calls and only started returning calls when I told them I would be speaking to the housing authority.
Nice , caring staff. However, there is a roach problem. Parking is a headache if you have more than 1 vehicle.
I just dont like that some people have 5 cars or 6 car and they take all the other space for parking and they have their parking spot open with no cars their people that have 2 cars and need the open space because they work in the mornings or at night and they have to park outside and sometimes their no parking out side or inside just because people 5 or 6 cars and the never move their cars at all.
this place sucks too strict on parking management is very disrespectful they will tow your vehicle if your dropping off something or someone especially if vehicle is left alone just for a few minutes
