Don’t rent here. Raised rate twice in two years to outrageous rates. Was told I had to give 10 days notice to cancel but when I went in, I was told they don’t prorate on cancellations. So they can now rent that unit from the 3rd to the 25th and get that extra money. I had called in advance to get details on cancellation and they didn’t tell me one of the most important details.

Fantastic customer service and short-term rental rentals!! Nikki answered the phone and was wonderful to work with!! She walked me through the Process, and answered all the questions that I didn’t even know to ask I was signed up in no time and understand how to close out my rental next month! I wish everything was this easy!

Nikki has helped us with two storage units. She has been incredibly responsive and quick to offer suggestions. We chose Guardbox because it felt like a home town business and not a corporate establishment. They have treated us like family and in Granbury, that is EVERYTHING!

My husband has been renting storage units for many years and GuardBox has been one of his greatest experiences with storage units. Nikki and Kaylie are very friendly and helpful! The unit was cleaned and sprayed before we moved our stuff in. The unit itself is climate controlled, the walls are taped and bedded. We also love that the unit is accessible 24/7!
