I had a great experience with Guardbox Storage. The pricing was very reasonable, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the facility itself was excellent. Everything was clean, well maintained, and secure. I never once had an issue accessing my storage unit, which made the entire experience stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Guardbox Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and professional storage facility.

I rented a unit from Guardbox a couple of years ago . And I would not recommend anywhere else. My family member is about to rent one again. They are very clean , great prices , good location. And the manager. Nikki , is great ! She’s very sweet , honest , & helpful. She’s awesome . She deserves a raise , or a Cruz , something !! For sure 👍

Don’t rent here. Raised rate twice in two years to outrageous rates. Was told I had to give 10 days notice to cancel but when I went in, I was told they don’t prorate on cancellations. So they can now rent that unit from the 3rd to the 25th and get that extra money. I had called in advance to get details on cancellation and they didn’t tell me one of the most important details.

Fantastic customer service and short-term rental rentals!! Nikki answered the phone and was wonderful to work with!! She walked me through the Process, and answered all the questions that I didn’t even know to ask I was signed up in no time and understand how to close out my rental next month! I wish everything was this easy!
