Excellent service and efficient access to my unit. The staff has been very responsive when I have questions. She walked me through the process until I was successful in obtaining initial access to the unit. I would recommend this service, as it’s cost efficient for for RV and vintage autos.
Facilities and service are great. Kayden is outstanding. I absolutely recommend for short term or long term large RV storage. Only reason I don’t rate 5 star is that we were promised an RV sewer dump on the property when we became a tenant a year ago. Sewer dump is still not completed, and management won’t commit to a completion date.
Website and staff were helpful. Easy process. I’m giving it 5 stars even though I ran over two self tapping screws with my camper and the outlet wasn’t working. All the gates and doors that were supposed to open with the app worked perfectly and it looks brand new and secure.
Clean, secure, good pavement, and well maintained facility. Like the unit specific app that allows for entry and exit. 45’ RV fits with towbar left in place. Would really like centerline stripes/hash marks to make for easier backing but other than that all is good.
Outstanding partner for safe and secure storage! I was with them for 13 years in total with seven in their new indoor location. Great communication. Great security apps. Overall, great experience.
