A nice and quiet gym during off-peak hours, just the way that I like it. The only two things that I would ask for, is a treadmill (which, after talking to the owner, I now know why they don’t have one) and another adjustable bench upstairs. Overall, I can’t complain. Place is always clean and the owners and other members are always nice.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Gym clientele is very friendly without any judgement.Trainers are passionate and truly care about each individual. Plenty of class times to meet your needs and offers one of the best deals in the area for what you get with your money. The staff is super friendly. The gym is always clean and neat. You babe have to worry about not having enough space to work out because there is plenty of room inside the facility. They offer an open gym plan, which is perfect if you’re in town, visiting family of friends and looking for a small local gym to work out in.
