I called GulfStream to get an appraisal on our family house. In fact I contacted 3 places total. GolfStream got back to me right away and on a weekend!! One other got back to me two days later and the other not at all. Shane was great! He did my appraisal fast as needed. Came to the house and was a wonderful guy. He kept in touch the whole way through. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend using Shane!
