We recently ordered an appraisal from Shane for our new construction home in Lake Park. First of all, we called 5 companies and Shane was the only one who promptly returned my call. He scheduled a property visit within a week and had our appraisal done the next week. He was extremely detail oriented, spent more than an hour at the house. His appraisal report also included a thorough explanation of why he arrived at that value. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
