GVTC really came through for me today. I reported a problem with establishing new service and by the next day it was resolved. I want to thank Scott Enderlin who handled my problem personally. CAN NEVER GET AHOLD OF THEM HAD ME SITTING ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEY UPED MY PAYMENTS WITH OUT TELLING ME HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR TWO YEARS AND HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT I WILL BE SWITCHING COMPANIES.

This has been a terrible company to work with so far. We had them come set up internet in February, and they laid the line around the outside fence of the backyard. When they came to bury the cable, we were told no one needed to be there. They buried the line in a different location (through the backyard where an addition was about to added). They refused to move the line, even though it was never communicated that it would be buried in a new location. They said we would have to pay for it. Now our service has been turned of... read more

Over an hour on hold today trying to get help. Finally called back and selected new service. I got right through but they couldn't help. If your a new customer enjoy getting right through to sign up. Then know from here on out you will rought on hold and have no chance. Unbelievable.

🤮. The worst billing department ever. They won’t admit their mistakes and don’t hesitate to charge higher fees than a bank.

If I could rate this as a zero I would. We got the upgrade from 50 Mbps to 250 last week and it is a complete failure. I have spent hours diagnosing problems with my TPLink wifi extenders and use of outside cameras. We are now getting lots of buffering and in areas close to the Orbi router, the wifi speeds are 20 Mbps or less on the patio, 30 or lerss in our master br and the master bath I cannot even download the simple internet speed test on my firestick or stream anything. I operate a business from home. Internet went down, GVTC took 2 days to get out here to repair their equipment. I lost revenue and was unable to meet deadlines so my employees did not get paid for the week. GVTC did not care.
