If I could give negative stars, I would! There is an Asian Doctor there I wouldn’t recommend. Dr.K is amazing but that DR. WANG is the most obnoxious and rude human being I’ve met in a medical field. I understand that there was a mistake in my appointment, but the way he carried himself is unprofessional. I honestly feel bad for the ladies working there. They are so polite and respectful. But that man (DR WANG) needs to be removed from working with patients, cuz he has NONE!!

She arrived at 12:30 p.m. seeking care, only to be told that the facility would be closing at 1:00 p.m. and was no longer accepting patients because there were already four individuals waiting. The doctors here are great, but the Admin staff or the nursing staff never respond back. I don’t get my prescriptions refill on time. Before lunch hour after lunch hour any time you call they never pick up your call or they never give you a call back as well. The messaging function from the patient portal is also removed now. Very bad experience.
Good luck if you're a patient here and are trying to retrieve your medical records. They now outsource this to some 3rd party company that has been ignoring my insurance companies REPEATED requests for my records. It's now been 3 weeks and they are still ignoring my ins companies requests. Absolute nightmare. If somebody would like to contact me and get this handled, I'll take this review down. Thanks.
VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!! I’ve been seeing Dr. K for years now but I’m just tired of having to deal with a very rude receptionist and the billing department is no better. I’ll definitely recommend another location before I recommend them to anyone.
