I recently visited the Gwinnett Clinic in Duluth, and I had a really good experience. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, and the whole check‑in process was smooth. The clinic was clean and everything felt organized, which made the visit comfortable. I especially want to mention Mukta, one of the nurses there. Dr Rachel Shah is an amazing doctor. She truly listens and is very compassionate and cares about her patients. Tia is great at the front desk. She always goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of whether you are in person or on the phone. Hong has a great attitude. Accurate and gentle phlebotomy. Great team all around. That's why I am willing to drive an hour to get there.
I absolutely love this location! Ms. Tia is amazing with scheduling and always makes sure paperwork is sent over properly. Ms. Tracey was such a pleasure while taking care of me today during my vitals, and Ms. Julia is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Rachel is always pleasant, helpful, and caring, and Dr. Gracia provides outstanding care as well. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable and valued. Highly recommend this office!
I have been going to this clinic for the last 8 years and even after moving 30 minutes away, I still choose to go to this clinic, because the staff has always been very kind, professional, and attentive. Nurse Mukta and Nurse Julia are both wonderful and have been seeing me as a patient the whole time I’ve been at this clinic. Dr. Goodjoin, Dr. Thomas, and Dr. Sobhani are all incredible doctors who really listen to your needs and care. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.
I have been coming to Gwinnett Clinic the Duluth location since 2000, journey of over 25 years. Have been seen by several doctors who have since retired or moved. My best experiences was with Dr. Kukaswadia, Dr. Htwe, Dr. Goodjoin, Dr. Thomas and now with Dr Sobhani. Dr Sobhani takes the time to listen to your problems and cares for his patients.
