Dr Rachel Shah is an amazing doctor. She truly listens and is very compassionate and cares about her patients. Tia is great at the front desk. She always goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of whether you are in person or on the phone. Hong has a great attitude. Accurate and gentle phlebotomy. Great team all around. That's why I am willing to drive an hour to get there.
I had a very positive experience at the clinic, especially due to the exceptional care provided by nurse Mukta. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. This has been the best providers office that I’ve been too. Mukta and Tia have been for years and always provide exceptional service. I’ve had several GPs while here and they have all been attentive to my issues and work well with me in coming up with treatment plans that are reasonable. I hope to be patient here for years to come.
Been coming here for months now. Today, Paula the medical assistant/nurse (idk I’m ignorant) assisted me and was very kind. Dr. Rachel Shah is always an extremely efficient yet somehow also very caring doctor? Definitely one of the best I’ve had in years, and I have to go every 3 months so I have a lot of experience. Got seen quickly and efficiently but still talked about my feelings and was asked about old ailments. It’s crazy because I know she’s not skimming over me, and that’s a big deal.
