I have been going to this clinic for years without any problems. However, beginning in late 2025, something changed. I’m not sure if it’s new management or a new billing policy, but the front office staff suddenly became very aggressive regarding billing. Whether you call for an appointment, request a refill, or check in for a visit, you are immediately reminded of an outstanding balance and asked how you plan to settle it. I have been a patient at Gwinnett Clinic for many years and have always loved coming here Everyone from the Doctor to the front are wonderful and Tia is exceptional. She has always treated me with respect and compassion ❤
After learning of my son’s extreme elevation of blood pressure we were referred to the Gwinnett Clinic because there was a physician on site. We arrived 3 hrs. before closing. His BP was 225/115. We were told he could not be seen & had to make an appt. for the following day. Nobody offered alternatives, nor expressed any concerns to a very anxious scared man. Incredibly inconsistent with response to BASIC requests like prescription refills. Three and a half days waiting for a refill and the front desk has “NO IDEA” when it will be filled. What? Save yourself the time and frustration and go to a real doctors office.
I had to change my primary care doctor because nothing happened!!! I called 2-3X a week for almost 8 weeks straight for a refill. Everyday I was told something different. I got frustrated and just changed my doctor. The location in Duluth worked perfect because of where I lived. Do I recommend this clinic? Hell no!!!! Not unless you want to be constantly promised something and never get it delivered. If there was a zero star, that’s what I’ll give them!
