Incredibly inconsistent with response to BASIC requests like prescription refills. Three and a half days waiting for a refill and the front desk has “NO IDEA” when it will be filled. What? Save yourself the time and frustration and go to a real doctors office.
After learning of my son’s extreme elevation of blood pressure we were referred to the Gwinnett Clinic because there was a physician on site. We arrived 3 hrs. before closing. His BP was 225/115. We were told he could not be seen & had to make an appt. for the following day. Nobody offered alternatives, nor expressed any concerns to a very anxious scared man. We went to the ER & his BP was 255/135 & heart rate 120 with an abnormal EKG. My son was near tears & scared. He was given 2 doses of an anti hypertensive med by mouth ... read more
I had to change my primary care doctor because nothing happened!!! I called 2-3X a week for almost 8 weeks straight for a refill. Everyday I was told something different. I got frustrated and just changed my doctor. The location in Duluth worked perfect because of where I lived. Do I recommend this clinic? Hell no!!!! Not unless you want to be constantly promised something and never get it delivered. If there was a zero star, that’s what I’ll give them!
My insurance provider called and confirmed they took my insurance. The office confirmed and I made an appointment for over a week later and provided all of my policy info. They called and sent a text to confirm. 15 minutes before my 3:30 pm appointment where I was required to fast they called and stated whoever made my appointment made a mistake and they couldn't see me. I am seething right now over the treatment I have received from this provider in Georgia and this doctor for the last 6 months, so I am putting this out there as a PSA for anyone who lives in Georgia to see. Cliff notes: I had been seeing Dr. Shah for a while when about 6 months ago I started to notice a pattern.
