I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff and medical team were incredibly nice and kind, making me feel comfortable right away. The doctor conducted a very thorough examination and didn't rush through any part of the process. Thanks to their attentiveness, I received an accurate diagnosis and a clear prescription that has already helped me immensely. Honestly one of the best clinic experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was super friendly and everything was smooth and easy. Dr. Raju and the team were great, professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. I came for an appointment with my doctor. It was at 2:30. Two girls walked in for job interviews with said doctor, both scheduled at 2:30. I sat in a room for an hour listening to the interviews. I went to the restroom when I first arrived. After the doctors (3 of them) came in for ten minutes, I asked to use the restroom again- the doctor looked at me funny and asked if I was okay in front of everyone in the room. Everyone here is super nice and treats you like family! Dr. Raju genuinely cares about the wellbeing and health of her patients. Eddie makes a fantastic health and fitness coach with the GC Healthy Living program. Both of them have given so much of their time and talent to enhancing my quality of life!
The entire staff was so friendly and promt . A true team ! My entire visit was thorough and proactive. I was able to get my new patient intake completed along with any necessary referrals . The Gwinnett Clinic also was able to order prescriptions , scheduled any follow ups for upcoming routine appointments , and had other specialist already on staff for in clinic referrals, (For example a foot specialist ) . I give them a 10/10
