Excellent doctor and an outstanding human being. Dr. Daniel Solano provides warm, professional, and truly compassionate care. He takes the time to listen, explain, and address all questions with patience and clarity. From the moment you arrive at the clinic, the staff is kind and organized. Excellent attention. They listen all my concerns and explained to me every detail of my labs and what needed to be done next. They have amazing front office staff Tawsif and Sarah helped me a lot. And on the back office they were very gentle Daniel and Elen treated me amazing. Finally, Dr Thomas was so gentle and above and beyond. They speak Spanish also.
Dr. Raju, my neurologist is the best neurologist I’ve ever had & I’ve had to have neurologists for 40+ years! He is so kind & patient, explains everything clearly, listens well, truly cares about patients, is professional & is extremely intelligent & well-educated. I had a great experience at Gwinnett Clinic. Check in to check out, the staff was professional, caring, and efficient. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this clinic. I find amazing that they open saturday and sundays too, and they are faster that an urgent care.
Overall, the doctors and staff are very good here (though I am switching to Kaiser in 2026). I do want to complain about their new patient records system though. I get that they wanted a new fancy system, but there should have been a way to export existing patient data from the old system into the new one without making the patients manually re-enter the same information they already entered multiple times before.
