Waited an hour past my appointment time to get in. Nurse was nice but that was the only okay part about the whole experience. I told the doctor one of my issues and he was already walking out the door before I could finish the other reason I was there and had to stop him. After waiting an hour I thought he would at least sit with me and go through my problems more thoroughly. Dr. Patel is a very good doctor. We had got our labs done last week and wanted to talk to him about the medication but the nurse has just being saying she can only text him. I have being calling on a daily basis for 5 days but the same answer with no results. I feel the text messages may not been going to the doctor and they are playing up in between just to make another appointment.
The front office staff is amazing! They are super sweet and very helpful! Talyah and Mel are hands down the best! Please come !
Probably the WORST treatment I’ve ever had! Dr Patel was meant to write an urgent prescription on Thursday, but did not. Had to call the clinic since Friday to get my prescription and kept being transferred! I had to pay $50 only to end up having to CHASE the Dr for my prescription. DO NOT COME HERE! Absolute waste of money and time! Poor poor service!!!!! It’s shameful.
I enjoy going to this clinic located at Beaver Ruin Road. The staff is super friendly and professional. My doctor, Dr. Patel is the best choice for me. Very caring and considerate physician. They also stay on top.of all of my referrals. I think this clinic is a great choice.
